The Pact

I have made a pact with a friend that we will not abstain from sugar, alcohol and carbs except for vegetables for 50 days. In addition we will make sure to exercise for a minimum of 50 hours during this period.
So far we are only one week in, and I must say that it is going ok, the support helps a great deal and the added pressure is a great motivator. I have already lost 2,5 kilos and I am looking forward to going to the gym. However, I am not doing this to lose weight but primarily to get healthier and in better shape.
